Returns & Exchanges
All items purchased from ImmortalGlo. are carefully packed with the utmost care. Each candle is checked before being packaged and sent to our customers. However, from time to time your items may be damaged during transit.
For breakages, refund and exchange requests, please contact us via contact page or email at hello@immortalglo.com.au within 3 days of receiving your parcel. We are happy to issue a full refund or exchange for you.
Full Terms and Conditions:
- items must be returned unused and in new condition
- proof of purchase is required
- refunds need to be applied to the same payment method used for the original purchase of the item(s) being returned
- Gift Cards, eGift Cards and Memberships cannot be returned or refunded.

Subscription purchases
4. Fresh candles all year round - Ordering in advance will feel effortless and come as a pleasant surprise when your candle arrives at your door.
Please note - but signing up to a subscription, you agree to commit to at least 2 shipments before cancelling. Subscriptions are not valid with any other discount or sale.
You can skip or cancel after a minimum of two shipments. Candles will be dispatched on the date of the first order, 2, 3 or 6 months later. Shipping times may vary depending on where you are located in Australia.
We hand-pour and customise each candle just for you. Want to change the scents? You have two weeks to change the scent before payment is processed and the candles are sent out to you.
